Last updated November 5, 2026. This policy explains what information Laurel WM Guards collects through this website and by phone, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you call. We note your name, phone number, the address of the loss and details about it, such as the source and the rooms affected, so we can send a crew and keep a record of the job.
When you write to us. The contact forms on this site send your message to info@laurelwaterchamp.com through FormSubmit, a third-party form service that delivers it to us. We receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, location and a description of the problem. FormSubmit handles the message in transit under its own policy.
Photos and documents. On a job, we take moisture readings and photographs of the damage. If you send us photos or an insurance document, we keep them with the job.
The website itself. This site does not set cookies of its own and does not run analytics or advertising scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, delivers the pages and may keep technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and operation.
How we use it
- To answer your call or message and to schedule and carry out the work.
- To keep the moisture log, photos and equipment records for the job.
- To provide records to your insurance company, landlord or property manager when you ask us to.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who sees it
People in our office and on the crew who need it for the job. Form messages also pass through FormSubmit on the way to our inbox. We share records with your insurer, landlord or property manager at your request. We may disclose information when the law requires it. The tools on this site run in your browser, and the answers you type into them are not sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as they are needed for the work, for insurance documentation and for our own records, then delete or destroy them.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have on file about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, as far as the law and the needs of an open job allow. Write to info@laurelwaterchamp.com or call (301) 786-0888.
Children
This site is for adults who own or manage property. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new date.
